     Self-crosslinking LSZH FR Polyolefin Cable Compound 125oC

Application

FEC- 8218 is a self- crosslinking low smoke zero halogen flame retardant polyolefin cable compound, which can be naturally cross- linked after being extruded into a cable. This product is mainly used for the sheath and insulation of photovoltaic cables that comply with TUV 2 Pfg- 1169 and EN50618.

     Recommended Processing Techniques

Using

( 1 ) When using this product, mix the A and B ( 9 4 / 6 ) components evenly  and drop them into the  hopper. If color is required,the  cable  factory can  use  polyethylene base  color  masterbatch and  materials within 8 hours after unpacking.

( 2 ) This product should not be shut down for a long time. If it is shut down for a longtime, it is recommended to stop and clean the screw before starting up again.

?( 3 ) To ensure sufficient crosslinking of the material, it is recommended that the cable be placed in ?a 70

°C water bath or steam room for 6~8h, or at a constant temperature and humidity (23 °C, 50%) for  7 days.  The specific placement time is adjusted according to the  thickness of the product and the crosslinking degree of the material,so as to meet the performance requirements of the cable.??
