Silane Crosslinkable Polyethylene Compound for Cable & Wire

FEC-4214 is specially used for 10KV and below cable and wire, composed by 95% silane crosslinkable low density polyethylene (compound A) and 5% catalyst (compound B). It is two steps reaction silane crosslinkable PE insulation compound, and has outstanding performance in processing temperature, easy processing characteristics and excellent product properties.

After tepid water crosslinked, the cable made from 4214 can meet the standard of IEC60502-2004,GB/T12706-2002.

Recommended Processing Technique

Most extrudersfor PVC and PE suit for 4214.

Packaging

4214 Silane crosslinkable compound is packed in aluminum/plastic composite bag, the net weight is 25.0kg±0.2kg.

Storage

4214 compound shall be stored in clean, dry, cool and well-ventilated warehouse.Storage period shall be 6 months from the date of production.
