Silane Cross-linkable Black Polyethylene Compound for Aerial Hanging Cable

4215 is specially used for 10KV and below aerial hanging power cable and is composed by 95% silane crosslinkable low density polyethylene (compound A) and 5% black catalyst (compound B). It is two steps reaction to silane crosslinkable PE insulation compound and has outstanding performance in processing temperature, easy processing characteristics and excellent product properties.

After tepid water crosslinked, the cable made from 4215 can meet the standard of  IEC60502-2004, NF C 33-209, GB/T12706-2002.

Recommended Processing Technique

Most extruders for PVC and PE suit for 4215.

Packaging

4215 Silane crosslinkable compound is packed in aluminum/plastic compositebag, the net weight is 25.0kg±0.2kg.

Storage

4215 compound shall be stored in clean, dry, cool and well-ventilated warehouse. Storage period shall be within 6 months from the date of production.
