Vietnam 's first cable system cvcs directly connected to southeast Asia was put into production

Vietnam telecom company CMC telecom recently announced that the company has completed the domestic cable system cvcs construction.

It is reported that the cable system covering 19 provinces and cities across the country has a total length of 2500 kilometers, starting from the northern lang son province to Xining province in the south, through the coastal defense city, Qinghua province, rongshi, shunhua, guiren and famous tourist attractions yazhuang, a total investment of about $ 22 million.

Cmc telecom said the cable system, which has a total bandwidth capacity of 9.6 tbps, will further meet the country 's growing demand for internet capacity.

Not only that, cvcs is the first system directly connected to the southeast Asian network, including Malaysia, Singapore, Cambodia and Thailand. In the future, the cable system will also be connected to most of Vietnam 's international cable systems, including the Asia - America gateway, Asia - Africa - Europe - 1 cable system, unity and fast submarine cable system, etc.
